It was detailed and the smell should have improved but it didn't. At the end we needed the car so now we are having to try to get rid of the smell our selves. Sales department is great. The detailing department needs work. More

We had a car picked out and financing ready to go within the first hour we arrived. Unfortunately, the "paperwork" process took 3 additional hours and we were there much longer than I believe we should have been (11 AM to 3PM). This was not Steve's fault. Tom Gill needs to either add more finance resources to his team for Saturdays or find some way to stream line the process with the existing team he has. Long day, but happy with the end result. More
