Friendly environment, Tammy was awesome! Love my car! I was terrified to buy a car cause you go in there and you always feel pressured but it was a pretty laid back environment. Tammy Shende was my sales I was terrified to buy a car cause you go in there and you always feel pressured but it was a pretty laid back environment. Tammy Shende was my sales lady and she was super awesome. She was way friendly and made sure I had all the answers I needed, and since this was my first car buying experience I had tons. Obviously, they want to sell you a car, so you have a couple sales guys and managers there trying to get you to buy the car, but I was able to get the price I wanted and I LOVE my car. Everyone was laid back and even joking around with us while we waited for numbers. I bought a manual and didn't know how to drive one yet, and one of the other salesman went out and gave me a crash course. Even after the sale was made, Tammy kept in touch making sure I was loving my new car and wasn't having any problems. She also found a couple items for me that I had left in my old car and saved them for me! Awesome customer service! I loved doing business with Tom Gill and look forward to seeing them when I bring my car in for routine maintenance! More

Tammy Shede was excellent I didn't buy a car because the car had major issues however , my salesperson was so helpful . I was there from 3-8 and even wrote a check for the car I didn't buy a car because the car had major issues however , my salesperson was so helpful . I still haven't found my perfect car but I know if something up my alley comes in she will call me . She's so wonderful . More

Charles is Awesome! I went in today and was NOT planning on buying a car. Charles Winterman ended up helping me get a great deal on a 2013 Buick Verano.
