Patient I would like to start of with the fact that my visit ended up being two days. The first day I was a little unsure and wary about what I wanted to do. There were originally no sales people out there so they said they will send someone out to us. They didn't even have to; Chris Roderick saw us after taking care of other possible buyers and came over to us to ask us if we needed anything. He gladly grabbed the keys to the cars I wanted to test out and so we did that. We were there talking financing the even after the store had closed, much like other people. No deals were made that day, so we went home and came back the next day. I re-test drove another car that I had tried from the previous day and then decided to see what financing was going to be like. Chris and the rest of the crew there were able to get me an impeccable APR rate and were patient, kind and understanding. Great customer service and I left with a new car. Thank you More
