Julian Commodore. @ 3 months ago was my first experience with Julian at Tom Gill. 1. On the date of my arrival Julian was in the showroom awaiting for me and my wife. Upon my arrival he already had the car I wanted to see pulled into what I call the "Glass Display Room" ready for me to look over, with the keys ready to go. As I was getting in for my test drive, Julian stated, "Hey, I know you were talking about looking at another Camaro in the area. Why don't you go ahead and take this for the test drive and drive over there and check them out side by side. I thought that was very unorthodox, but it showed confidence about what cars they had as well as the pricing. I exclaimed to Julian that, that was a little weird....His reply was very simple. It's my job to get you into the car that YOU want, it is not my job to sell you a car. So basically he was saying to me... What can I do for you.... :) 2. They gave me a really great deal on my trade in as well.... $6000.00 No hassle, just simply gave me the value of the car. :) If I haven't lost you yet I implore you to read my last comment... 3. I was speaking to another employee about an accessory I wanted to by for my car and asked if I could get it today, before I left. The employee stated that unfortunately that all catalog items would have to be ordered but they could have it very quick. The employee then stated as Julian was walking up... "Ask Julian, I want to see what he says", basically he was challenging Julian. So I told Julian I want this accessory, I want to leave with it today after I sign the paperwork... their telling me that it has to be ordered what can you do for me? Julian's response was, I'll get it for you today if that's what you want. We'll go out there and remove it from another one on the lot and put it on order to replace that one, so you can leave with it today. Needless to say it's not an accessory the Camaro comes stock with, so he couldn't get it.... But the thing to take away from this story is.... THI IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO HEAR AS A CUSTOMER... I don't want to wait when spending that kind of money. I truly believe that he was there to serve me, not sell to me... Overall Experience? It's in the title....Thank you Julian More

went in out of curiosity drove out beyond happy I went in 2 days ago with quite the lemon but thankfully Alicia saved me by introducing me to a 2012 chevy cruze. I went in for an estimate on a a trade for my 2007 dodge caliber I thought it was great but turns out there was SIX leaks! Not safe at all... The cruze is a beautiful vehicle and this is this best choice I could have made. I really appreciate everything Alicia has done for me so much so I introduced my best friend to her to see what she can do to help her out :] More
