Went into the dealership with the minimal curiosity of looking at available vehicles to choose in preparation for my existing lease ending - and two hours later I was on the road in a new Eclipse. Trade-in process was fair and super simple, and at no point did I feel a "salesperson pressure"...ultimately, it was painless and the Tom Gill staff provided fresh coffee and water to ease the desk time, and every step or the process moved forward without delays or unexplainable wait times.
