I wasn't real pleased with my last deal, but thought I would give them one more opportunity to prove they were just as loyal to me as I was too them. Now the kids are all grown and it's just the wife and I, it's time for dad to get a vehicle he wants. After deciding the vehicle I want and waiting for the new year model to come out. Then going out and checking it out, I made an offer. Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence Ky came back with a counter offer of $1,000.00 over the price advertised on their own website. What kind of fool do they think the average customer is? I would rather go to Kerry Chevrolet, Joseph Chevrolet, Mccluskey Chevrolet, or any other dealer which are all within a 1 hour drive of house. I would recommend to everyone be very cautious of this dealership. All that is important to the sales department is to squeeze the customer. I feel sorry for Jacob Mullins who assisted me but has to run everything thru his GM. He is a nice young kid but doesn't stand a chance at sales if he has to work under the current sales manager. Also notice the GM of sales are not even listed on this website, when they are the ones to make the final decision on all sale price. More
