Scheduled service w/Pappas for my 4Runner & my wife’s RAV4, service drive was receptive when we arrived. Bob Holliday my sales person was amazing. He did a great job selling me my 2022 tundra and give him 5 stars. Then there is you service department. I should have given them 1 star. I have been in contact with them since June 23 on a safety recall and another issue. Every time I call Paul in service he always tells me he will call me back and never does.
