Refused a hub bearing repair that was diagnosed at a different Toyota dealer even though it was under Toyota Warranty. A third mechanic agreed it was the bearing. Darin said all four tires were cupped different Toyota dealer even though it was under Toyota Warranty. A third mechanic agreed it was the bearing. Darin said all four tires were cupped. The other mechanics said they weren't. He also tried to charge me for his diagnostics even though it was under Toyota's warranty. More

Shay and Isabel were great to work with from start to finish and very accommodating! I was out of town for work when the car arrived and they held it for me all the way until I was able to come in and pi finish and very accommodating! I was out of town for work when the car arrived and they held it for me all the way until I was able to come in and pick it up when they could have just as easily sold it in todays market.
