He worked hard and got done what he said he could get done, which was get me financed for a nice dependable vehicle. Neil the deal went above and beyond his job title. Neil is a true pleasure to have as my car guy. I can’t say enough about how great he handled the whole sale. And Jaime in the finance department was awesome as well. She answered all my questions and was very polite and understanding. I felt that Neil and Jaime were very knowledgeable in the things we discussed. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you Pappas Toyota but especially Neil the deal smith !!! Way to get it done Neil! I will definitely send everyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle to Neil and Pappas Toyota. Checked multiple dealerships, Pappas was #1 by far! I came in looking for a used vehicle I had seen on autotrader, and was greeted by Megan who was absolutely courteous and immediately called for a sale I came in looking for a used vehicle I had seen on autotrader, and was greeted by Megan who was absolutely courteous and immediately called for a sales staff member to come assist me. After it became evident that everyone on the clock was with another customer, Ryan Clintsman approached me before the start of his shift to help me find my vehicle so I wasn't waiting for too long. He took me on a ride through the lot to look for the car, and when neither of us could spot it, went above and beyond to make sure I got to see it. After expressing some of my concerns, he suggested another vehicle and took me to see it. despite being a little older and higher mileage than I originally wanted, he knew (and showed me) that it was in better condition with a better maintenance history, and about $2000 cheaper! He was honest and upfront with everything about both vehicles, answered every question I had, and ultimately sold me my Chevy Equinox! Brett Bales, who helped me with the finances, was also exceptional in his service, showing me every option available to me for both payment and maintenance plans and explaining everything in a way that I could understand. Now, after a 900 mile trip back to school, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and am extremely glad I decided to get my car at Pappas Toyota :) More
