My Last visit to Pappas was excellent as it always has been. Service is above any dealership Ive dealt with in the past. Price was a little high been. Service is above any dealership Ive dealt with in the past. Price was a little high More
Appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of service. Very happy that Gino found I still had the coverage for the free oil change! Always appreciate how they check everything and give me that checklist. Very happy that Gino found I still had the coverage for the free oil change! From the moment you pull up, you are assisted quickly. This dealership understands that your time is important and doesn't cut corners on the quality of your visit. Paul Nettler knew I was there for an oil change and gave our car an overall inspection and told me with no pressure what needed done. He gave me no hassling pricing with a print out. I appreciate that he answered my questions and treated me with respect. He offered a complimentary car wash, which I took without hesitation. The savings alone for the car wash, overall inspection, quality of work and oil change is worth coming to this location. I also enjoy the amenities while waiting, comfortable seating, a child play room, putt putt golf, optional nail service and clean private restrooms. Thank you for providing the extras and not skimping on all aspects of customer service. More
I enjoy taking my car for service at Pappas. Everyone is friendly, they treat me with respect and like family, and I appreciate that so much. Pat and Trudy were both genuinely caring and funny. It seems t friendly, they treat me with respect and like family, and I appreciate that so much. Pat and Trudy were both genuinely caring and funny. It seems they like their jobs, which is another reason I take my car there! Who wants to go into any business and deal with someone who is already miserable!? Not an issue at Pappas. With Pappas's help, my car is hanging on with 117k miles. I feel like they are honest with me, and as a woman in her 50s, that peace of mind is priceless. Thanks! More
Pappa's Toyota is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. Mark Garner was awesome and so was the finace person that did all the paperwork. They worked with my husband and myself to get us the lowest vehicle. Mark Garner was awesome and so was the finace person that did all the paperwork. I love this dealership. Scheduling is easy, they tell you what they are going to do, how long it will take, what it will cost and ask if you would like a free car wash. The waiting area is clean and ple you what they are going to do, how long it will take, what it will cost and ask if you would like a free car wash. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. All the employees are smiling, and the smiles are contagious! More
My prior experience at this dealership (approximately 2008) was with Mark Garner. He's evidently their sales rep for fleet/corporate customers. Mark Garner made me never want to return to this dealershi 2008) was with Mark Garner. He's evidently their sales rep for fleet/corporate customers. Mark Garner made me never want to return to this dealership. He was rude, unfriendly, and generally made me feel as though I was serving him. After 2-3 phone calls, I was done talking to this man and felt he reflected poorly on this dealership in general. (I bought elsewhere.) I revisited Pappas again this year and found Ryan Ferguson and the other salesman Ryan to be helpful and kind. They helped me drive the car I wanted and negotiate the terms I needed to purchase. If I ran this dealership, I'm sure I'd recognize that Mark Garner is probably among my top salesreps. But his job also seems easier because he is supposedly the fleet/corporate salesrep. He cost the company one sale from me previously. Imagine how much money this dealership could make if they had a helpful, non-rude salesperson in that role! More
Came in for a new car. Told Jim Adams how much we could afford and were willing to pay. Jim found us a great vehicle. No games, no running back and forth to the 'boss, no hidden fees. We are happy with our purchase, got a great deal, and will be back in the future! More
I came in for a 10k service and a battery check and was completely satisfied with the service. Wow! This dealer and his sales staff (John Masson) know how to treat a woman buyer! They actually listened to me rather than trying to convenience me to buy what they wanted to sell. At other dealerships how to treat a woman buyer! They actually listened to me rather than trying to convenience me to buy what they wanted to sell. At other dealerships I had to put up with hours of "game playing" like running off to ask the "boss" and other delaying tactics intended to manipulate the buyer. Some dealerships even refused to give me a written quote if they didn't feel 100% sure I was going to buy from them...their loss. Generally, women approach buying a car very differently than most males....they like to shop around before making a final decision and they like the details clearly spelled out. Most men will enter one store and purchase the first item they find without even considering going to a second store which might be a better choice. Within a total of 65 minutes, I received a written detailed quote which included my trade-in, got a few remaining questions answered, negotiated the final price, and was out the door. This dealer even provides a free manicure while your car is serviced and the TV in the service lounge plays something other than sports. This told me that they value women customers. Prior to searching for a car, I did my research on-line, identified how much I could afford, and knew the type of car I wanted. I also had a good idea of the "fair price" for the model I wanted and the value of my trade-in. I came away feeling very positive about the whole experience. More
