I came in for a 10k service and a battery check and was completely satisfied with the service. Wow! This dealer and his sales staff (John Masson) know how to treat a woman buyer! They actually listened to me rather than trying to convenience me to buy what they wanted to sell. At other dealerships how to treat a woman buyer! They actually listened to me rather than trying to convenience me to buy what they wanted to sell. At other dealerships I had to put up with hours of "game playing" like running off to ask the "boss" and other delaying tactics intended to manipulate the buyer. Some dealerships even refused to give me a written quote if they didn't feel 100% sure I was going to buy from them...their loss. Generally, women approach buying a car very differently than most males....they like to shop around before making a final decision and they like the details clearly spelled out. Most men will enter one store and purchase the first item they find without even considering going to a second store which might be a better choice. Within a total of 65 minutes, I received a written detailed quote which included my trade-in, got a few remaining questions answered, negotiated the final price, and was out the door. This dealer even provides a free manicure while your car is serviced and the TV in the service lounge plays something other than sports. This told me that they value women customers. Prior to searching for a car, I did my research on-line, identified how much I could afford, and knew the type of car I wanted. I also had a good idea of the "fair price" for the model I wanted and the value of my trade-in. I came away feeling very positive about the whole experience. More

We had a great experience with the Pappa's team. Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fast service. We had to bring our 3 children and the staff was more than accommodating. I came in to purchase a Toyota Sequoia that I had seen online. The car was on 06 used. Pappas was unable to finance me due to my credit. I understand, and have no issues with that. However, the communication as things were being worked through was awful. At one point I was transfered to someone in the finance department. They where going to try and help me to see what we could do. The women, I believe was Jamie. She was anything but friendly. She didn't try to help me. She suggested I look into buying a camery instead. She said then they could finance me. Well here is what I think about finance. Your job is to help me get a loan or to not. Your job is not to suggest to me what type of car to get. That isn't your opinion, and it doesn't factor in to the job you should do for me. Through out my entire time spent with Pappas NEVER did anyone ever follow up with me. I had to do all the follow up. Then I got a loan from my credit union. They worked with me on some things to clean up my credit, and they gave me a loan. Even after I was able to buy the car no one was any nicer to me. It was almost if they where upset I got a loan at all.My credit union faxed over the copy of the check that was over nighted, and a promise to pay note, along with a copy of the UPS lable used to mail the dealer the check. I was told several times I couldn't take home the car until they had check in hand. My sales rep Mark did go to bat for me, and I ended up getting to take home the car. However, why would I even have to deal with this. Now I own the CERTIFIED Used Car. I get home and teh DVD player doesn't work. My fault. I should have checked it, but if it didn't work they should have advertised it as well. Now the dealer wont fix it. They claim it is after market and not their responsibility. Really? Nice job, way to go. Not only will I or my husband who both own Toyotas never bring out cars to be worked on there. We will also never purchase a car again from this dealer. More

I bought my 2008 Haighlander here and I Have been using the servcice center for both my 99 Camery and the Highlander for approx. 5 yrs. I have always been well taken care of. Example when I firse bought th the servcice center for both my 99 Camery and the Highlander for approx. 5 yrs. I have always been well taken care of. Example when I firse bought the Highlander I was offered a free tire replacement plan. My Tires lasted longer than the free plan. When they finley did ware out I took them in and your Agent Gino Micaleff. Went to bat for me with the head Service Agent and my tires were replaced to my satisfaction. I am a happy customer.
