I went in for a routine oil change today. The nice people in the service garage took care of me right away. The waiting room was very comfortable (free coffee! the liquid cream is a nice touch too!) and the in the service garage took care of me right away. Been returning to Pappas for all our service for past 4-5 years since purchased our camry hybrid (which we love) from them. Service is excellent and they will match any service price in the area. Vehicle was picked up at owners residence by Jim Null, owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. I dealt with Patrick Scogin to obtain parts to repair my luggage rack. Patrick was very helpful and friendly when ordering parts for me and with working with me on a time to install the parts.
