I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half to get it done. I like the dealership and all the workers but I think that is way too long for an oil change. Purchased a pre owned certified vehicle on 29 NOV 25 with 22,000 miles and took it in for the first service on 6 MAR 26. Dealership came back with immediate attention needed for 4 items to include replacing 22,000 miles and took it in for the first service on 6 MAR 26. Dealership came back with immediate attention needed for 4 items to include replacing all of the brakes and wheel alignment for $1400. After approving they came back and said immediate attention for $2800 because it could not be aligned and stated all 4 lower control arms were bent and needed replaced. I asked to speak to a manager - GM, sales manager or service manager. I was out on hold for 10 mins and the lady came back and said none of them were available. She said she would have the service manager call me back. She called me back several minutes later and told me it was all a mistake and that the lower control arms did not need replaced and it was aligned. This is a scam. More
