Additionally, after the maintenance is completed, Sean personally QC's the work, and then provides us a detailed summary. He has managed the maintenance on all three of our Honda vehicles for the past ten years, and we will continue to buy Hondas as long as we are assured he will manage our maintenance. Wade and the Tony Honda Service crew are the best! I had a weird noise coming from under my car and thought it might be something dangerous. I contacted Wade the day before and he told me to come in a I had a weird noise coming from under my car and thought it might be something dangerous. I contacted Wade the day before and he told me to come in and he would take care of my car. I arrived in the morning and although it was busy, Wade got to me in a good amount of time and we took my car for a road test in which Wade recognized the issue I have been having. After the mechanics in the back checked my car they identified the problem ( broken engine mounts) and also found a leaking engine gasket. I had both of the issued fixed and Wade got me an enterprise rental for the day so I could take care of errands. Wade just called and said my car is fixed so I am happy it was fixed within the day. Awesome customer service and a great service experience! More
