Super Experience! Tony Collision Center was the only car shop willing to take my car in for an estimate following an unfortunate accident. My car could not be driven and needed to be towed. Roxanne was my POC and she was great from the start! She facilitated the insurance estimate and made the entire experience much more optimistic and pleasant. Unfortunately, my car was beyond repair. As a result of Roxanne's positive and helpful attitude, I still wanted to do some business with her company and asked for a salesperson reference. She recommended David. We contacted David (Roxanne gave him a heads-up that we'd be calling) who was pleasant from the initial phone call. We set up a morning appointment on the upcoming weekend to take advantage of Honda's low financing rates. David was also great! Within a few hours, we had all our paperwork completed and were on our way with a new Civic. Thanks Roxanne and David! You made a BIG difference! More

Through their internet sales dept., Iven reached out and followed up with me on my inquiries. Went in feeling very "perplexed" about this whole car buying ordeal. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted; a CRV ,but most of all, I commend him for his PATIENCE, and PROFESSIONALISM. He even arranged to pick me up from home so that I could pick up my brand new car-that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!
