Any request we had were met e.g. Test drive, only looked at what we wanted,etc. they continued to work with a price suitable for them and comfortable for us. The sales rep kept in constant contact when they had information I wanted. After vehicle purchase, the rep was thorough with teaching us about all the accessories of the vehicle. What I'm not pleased about is the continual harassment from them selling my name and phone number to extended warranty people. They call me at 6am, they call me at work, they harass continually. I have a pre-owned certified car, and my warranty is good for another 8 months. I will not buy here again because they did not keep my information safe. More

At the end of the transaction, I watched as Joe explained the new car's features to my wife. Both were smiling, she, because she was very happy to be getting the car, and he, because he truly cared about our satisfaction and was enjoying himself in the process. A great car and a salesman who genuinely cares about his customer are nice, but add to that, the help Daniel Zabresky gave us on the financing side and it all made for a wonderful experience for my wife and I. I'd had really bad experiences at other dealers on the island, and I wondered if I could really deal with a dealer after that. Limuel did not give me any pressure and was very patient and answered all my questions. When there was a bit of a discrepancy at the end, Limuel and Daniel made it right without a hassle.
