Scott is a great asset to Tony Honda. Scott was very attentive to our questions and needs. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy the car that he showed us and that we were interested i Scott was very attentive to our questions and needs. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy the car that he showed us and that we were interested in. He confessed that he has a passion for his job and it shows in his actions. The reasons for the four star rating of the dealership was that the time it took to add the accessories that we wanted, after we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Seems that the company should invest in a better computer system and software. It took over an hour to finish that part of the sale due in part to the problems that Ron, the accessories person, was experiencing. I knew what I wanted so it should not have taken more than 15 minutes. Also the five star rating was downgraded to four because while I waited in the service area lounge, one of the service writers was pretty much talking and laughing in a loud manner. Hard to relax when I could not hear the TV over the conversations. More
