We had initially been looking for a different model car, but Joe gave us all the information we needed to make the best choice at the best price. At the end of the transaction, I watched as Joe explained the new car's features to my wife. Both were smiling, she, because she was very happy to be getting the car, and he, because he truly cared about our satisfaction and was enjoying himself in the process. A great car and a salesman who genuinely cares about his customer are nice, but add to that, the help Daniel Zabresky gave us on the financing side and it all made for a wonderful experience for my wife and I. The reasons for the four star rating of the dealership was that the time it took to add the accessories that we wanted, after we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Seems that the company should invest in a better computer system and software. It took over an hour to finish that part of the sale due in part to the problems that Ron, the accessories person, was experiencing. I knew what I wanted so it should not have taken more than 15 minutes. Also the five star rating was downgraded to four because while I waited in the service area lounge, one of the service writers was pretty much talking and laughing in a loud manner. Hard to relax when I could not hear the TV over the conversations. More
