FINALLY!!! A pleasant New Car buying experience!! After a LONG grueling day at Servco Toyota where we waited over 5 hours working with a salesman who was practically useless and untrained, we were After a LONG grueling day at Servco Toyota where we waited over 5 hours working with a salesman who was practically useless and untrained, we were really frustrated and beat by the time we decided to come to Tony Honda. Gloves on and ready for the next 5-hour battle. I was greeted by Jay Lappala. At this point I was done smiling. He looked young and said to myself “Here we go again!” but I was READY! To my surprise. he was super helpful when I explained what my expectations were and he responded with understanding my frustrations and made me feel like I didn’t have to fight the typical New Car buying process. This would be the 8th new car I bought in my life and always HATED the haggling process of trying to get a good deal or at least walk away feeling okay with what I paid. Let me tell you. This is the BEST car buying experience to date! I was totally blown away at how fast things got done and how Jay Lappala knew how to manage the process well and had things moving efficiently. I felt all along that he was there for ME and not trying to nickel and dime me to death. He was the most PLEASANT car salesman I ever worked with. I NEVER felt pressured and the typical energy draining sales technic that must be taught to all salesman was not evident in this sale. I appreciated his knowledge, honesty and commitment to customer service. We NEVER had a salesman who actually went that extra mile until today. I highly recommend him as a sales associate. He saved us money and time which is unheard of when buying a New Car. His commitment and customer loyalty allowed me to drive off with my new car in record time. A huge MAHALO!!!! After inspection of the vehicle he ended up finding out that the vehicle needed more than than 4k worth in repairs just get it back to a fully functioning vehicle. I really appreciateed his honesty and upfront attitude in explaining all the things wrong with the vehicle. More

I AM STILL SICK OF TONY HONDA MANAGERS BBB, so unbelievable what Mr Moody said. I was on medication and fully disabled. I was told my car wives trade in car was only worth $4000.00 because they had to fix the dent in the back. They sold the vehicle to a guy in my neighborhood for $9500 around there with the dent still in it. The night when I woke up I couldn't believe they talked me into paying the full price for the SUV even after they talked me into putting down $10,000. That money was to go to remodeling my kitchen and visit my dying dad. My dad died before I could get money to visit him. I had to borrow from my brother to pay my way to my dads funeral. I only went to TH to pick up a brochure and the next thing I know it I'm driving a new SUV home that I can't afford. I tried to return the SUV the next morning and told I couldn't because this box wasn't checked that I could change my mind. I told TH I had bad credit yet they pushed me to get qualified and that took almost 6 weeks. The finance manager tried to stick me with 16% interest because he thought I wouldn't see it when I signed. I almost didn't catch it. He then changed it to 10%. The Pastor of my church used Tony Hondas management in his sermon not actually mentioning their name. Telling everyone WOLVES COME DRESSED IN SHEEPS CLOTHING TO DECEIVE US. That's exactly what they did. Tony Honda always strives to deliver the best product and service to our customers, so it’s troubling when one feels that we have failed to do so. The product isn't the problem, it's the service to their customers. Wolves in sheep clothing. I STILL FILL SICK OF THEM HOW THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE DISABLED. Raymond Driscoll More
