I happened to call my friend who worked at Tony Honda as an IT guy, who quickly introduced me to Matt Chong, a salesman. Let me first say that Matt was soooooo patient with me and knowing how I am (having to see something 4 times before I buy), I could not have asked for a better salesman. Matt was so helpful to show me the various options in buying versus leasing, new versus old, and even when I said, "let me think on it"....he was never pushy and let me walk right out the door without hassle. Of course, I visited another couple dealerships, only to end back up at Tony Honda desperately looking for Matt. lol. I can say that it was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Stress free and actually, relaxing...other than the kids rushing me through it. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle having driven one himself. I am so thankful that I purchased from Tony Honda. I can't wait for my next purchase in a few years...I'll be right back there in a heartbeat! Still waiting on promised refund 2 months later My wife and I purchased a new Honda Odyssey in mid-August. We were charged the full registration fee of $325. We were told to bring in our non-resident form within the next 7 days and we would be refunded the difference ($304.50). This refund never came. After a couple of weeks we received our license plate, but still no refund check. I checked with the dealer and was told it would be mailed out to us. On 9/14 I called and left a voicemail for Mike Demello our finance person on this purchase. I received no call back. On 9/17 I called again and left a voicemail. Mike called me back and said he would have to look into it. I heard nothing further. I sent him an email on 9/23. I called and left him another voicemail on 10/1. Nearly 2 months since our purchase and we're still waiting on this refund check. Now I feel like my calls are being ignored. Our actual purchase was a fine experience, but this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. We wouldn't recommend this dealer and will instead be telling our friends and family to stay far away. More
