I just bought a new 2014 Honda Civic EX sedan I have done business with the Tony dealership in the past. I returned because I feel that they are honest. My salesperson was Joe Kinsey, and he is a very friendly person, honest, and very accommodating. He got me the deal I wanted on the car I wanted, and he took as much time as I needed to familiarize me with this new car and all of its computerized features. Last night I got stuck in traffic and arrived a half hour late to our appointment. Joe was very patient teaching me the features of the car, and he stayed late, past 8 p.m., to keep showing me how to use the system until I felt comfortable with it. I never felt rushed. Joe had the car detailed again, thoroughly cleaned, and put in a full tank of gas for me, no charge. You can't ask for a better experience than that. He said if I ever have any questions about using the computer commands, just give him a call, anytime. He is an EXCELLENT employee, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new Honda automobile. Tony Honda is the place to go if you want a great car at a great price, with excellent people like Joe to help you. More

But I wasn't ready to buy a car yet, so he just told me that he's not going to pressure me to buy anything, then he gave me his card before I left. I came back a week later and bought the vehicle I wanted. He did whatever he could to make sure I went home happy and satisfied. Probably one of the best customer-friendly dealers I'll get to meet.
