First New Car After dealing with used cars and all the issues that come with it, we were fed up and decided to see what pricing we could get on a new car. My husband and I pulled up to Tony Honda around 2:00pm and were greeted in front of Honda by Elmo Martinez. We knew before we arrived that we wanted to look at the CRV, Pilot and Odyssey. We told Elmo our interest and immediately he walked us over to a Pilot in the show room and let us get a feel for it. We went out to the lot and test drove an Odyssey and a Pilot, and he was very thorough in explaining details that were special to the vehicle. After test driving both, we looked at CRV's (didn't need to test drive as my Mom has one that we've both driven before) and Elmo explained the difference between the models well. The process from that point was painless and so easy. Since it was my first time buying a brand new car, I was a little nervous but Elmo approached the situation and handled it so kindly and made sure we were happy. He spoke to us as a Father would at times giving insightful advice and was not forceful in any way. We felt so comfortable as we went through the lengthy process. Once we decided on the CRV EX-L, he told us that instead of the one on the lot that people have test drove, he would give us the exact same car that was in the show room with less miles. The workers went out of their way to move cars around to get the CRV out. We were impressed! Kathleene Cipriano came in after most of the paperwork was done and explained in great detail and flair the different add-ons we could choose to add to our CRV. She was honest and very fun to communicate with. We appreciated her enthusiasm as we went through the options. The end cost of our add-ons was greatly discounted and we were thankful! The fact that it gets rolled into the total cost of the vehicle was nice too, since we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for those features. The last part was talking to the finance guy, Marco Gonzalez. I'm sure most people don't really enjoy this part of the purchasing process, but he was so nice and made it as painless as possible. We were in his office maybe 10 minutes and then we were done. It was so quick! Altogether from the beginning to the end, we were there 4 hours but it didn't feel like even 2. Our overall experience was superb. We will definitely be recommending Tony Honda to our friends, and encourage anyone who's hesitant to just go check them out. We are very happy with our overall experience!! More

Tracie is AMAZING!!!! My first car and I have no credit!! I first went to a typical "used car" dealership as having no credit I thought that would be the only place I'd be qualified for. Wrong, the company I I first went to a typical "used car" dealership as having no credit I thought that would be the only place I'd be qualified for. Wrong, the company I had gone to (Bayview Auto) didn't even have the proper paperwork when they sold me the car and I was able to get out of the deal. Being as it was still technically going to be my first time buying a car and with No credit I thought for sure I wouldn't qualify here. That's when Tracie came out to greet us, I told her exactly the car I wanted a Used Honda CRV, she took me straight to see the selection of used CRV's and never tried to persuade me look at another type of vehicle. She listened to what I wanted and provided it. We took a car on a test drive and at that point I decided I wanted it though I thought to myself it's a little above my price range (it was $3,800 over my budget, which she was not aware of) but I decided to try anyways and I am so grateful I did. Tracie never asked me about how much money I have to put down or my credit history until it was actually time when she needed the information to process the paperwork. She worked with Marco (Finance Manager) who was able to drop the price of the vehicle a little bit and work with the bank for me to be able to extend my loan for a longer period so that I could afford the monthly payments as well as pay off my deposit over a two week increment. Next week my final payment for my deposit is due and my car payments will not start until a month after that, which gives me enough time to recover from putting down a deposit. I thank Tracie for all her patience and not giving up when I said "I want this car but don't think afford it" . Tracie's customer service skills are unmatched as far as I'm concerned, especially being she is the only female on the sales team. I now have a reliable car, with a reliable team of mechanics for any maintenance I will need in the future and a reliable and friendly dealer that I am confident in and will go back when I build my credit up through this car and am able to buy a new one. Tony's the Best! I've been going to Tony Honda for years and they're the best! (On my 3d Honda Civic from them and intend to get my next one there too!) Just took it in for 60K servicing and have to give a big "Mahalo" to Wade Szameitat! All the staff are terrific, but he took care of me again and is *always* friendly, helpful, professional, and always goes out of his way to be sure everything goes smoothly and my car is taken care of well! I live in town and it's a good 20 minutes drive for me so there are more convenient Honda dealers in town, but I've found it's worth the drive out for the peace of mind I get from knowing that professionals like Wade are going to be sure my car is tip-top shape! (I even got a complimentary rental so I could do errands while waiting for my car, which was done early!) So if you need a new Honda, or especially if you need Honda servicing, Tony's where I'd recommend you go! Randy Mita More
