It served me well and we took care of her. Anyways, we decided that we needed a new automobile, so we drove up to Tony Honda, and Mr. Diaz came right up to us and ask if we needed any help and sure enough Mr. Diaz worked with us on purchasing a new automobile. He took the time to sit with us and go over pricing matters, it took some time, but he sure got us a good deal on the new 2014 Teal Honda CR-V and it was in the color we wanted. Mr. Diaz was nice to offer apple bananas and water, talk about hospitality. Mr. Diaz is the man to go to; he is very honest, down to earth, patient, and understanding. He is not a push over, and he means well and he can relate, I guess with many years of experience as a Sales Consultant he understands the customer needs. She sat down with us and goes over other options for out automobile. Very nice, explain in detail about the accessories, patient and nice. Mike Demello, the finance manager sat with us and went over in details on the final purchase of our automobile. Mike took the time to explain paperwork and what we were signing. Very nice, explain in detail about the paperwork, patent and nice as well. Overall my wife and I had a wonderful experience, we sure will be coming back to Tony for future purchases and recommend them for auto purchases for new or old. More
