John knew that I wanted a full inspection so I chose the highest service available. After a while in the waiting room, he came back to recommend that I don't choose that package seeing as I already had most highest service available. He made very good recommendation to have all my fluids checked since it has been a while since I had those things done. Even though the bill was high, I feel safer in my fully maintained vehicle. We had come from another honda dealer and had a very bad experience with the salesman's pressure sales. He became very upset when we told him that we needed time to talk it over because the price changed o experience with the salesman's pressure sales. When we told Tracie Komori and Moi Mabalat what happened, Moi and Tracie both immediately apologized (they sure did not need to since it was a competitor, but I guess they felt that it was a negative on the Honda brand). Both of them reassured us that we could take as long as we needed to decide. They matched the price and included all the accessories which were included at the other dealer. We visited them on Wednesday and when we called Gracie on Friday, she had the car detailed and ready in the afternoon. When we picked up the car, she took the time to sit with us and gave us a lesson on the dashboard functions. She even went the extra step to teach me, a tech dinosaur, how to synch my phone with the Bluetooth. Not only did she show us how to use the Bluetooth, she patiently made me actually input contact numbers on speed dial to make sure I understood the procedure. Before we left we had questions on the type of oil so Wade szametat came out to greet us and explain the difference of synthetic and synthetic mix for the car. Excellent service, super friendly, and so caring! This is our first Honda. We only used to buy a different Japanese car, but wonder why we did not try Honda earlier. We are so happy to be part of the Honda family! More
