Always good service! Been a customer with Tony Honda since 2005 and always had a good experience dealing with the staff there. This past week I came in as a walk-in for a Been a customer with Tony Honda since 2005 and always had a good experience dealing with the staff there. This past week I came in as a walk-in for an emergency repair and although they were very busy Sean was helpful in getting my car in for servicing and figuring out what needed to be done. As there were no loaner cars available they were still able to squeeze me in to ride on the shuttle even though I was not scheduled. This was my first time using the shuttle and the driver Judi was nice and friendly and I appreciate her fitting me into her route. My car is back up and running great now, mahalo Tony Honda! More

Great Service My 2004 Honda Civic needed an airbag inflator replacement due to a recall. Called Tony Honda for an appointment. I was told by Azuredee (not sure if My 2004 Honda Civic needed an airbag inflator replacement due to a recall. Called Tony Honda for an appointment. I was told by Azuredee (not sure if spelling is correct) that the part needed to be ordered and she would call me back when the part was received. About 2 weeks later, Azuredee called to schedule my appointment and arrange a shuttle ride. She was very courteous, friendly and professional in handling everything since when I first called. When I got to Tony Honda on my appointment day, I was greeted immediately by staff and Sean Kikuchi. Everyone was courteous and friendly and very efficient. Shuttle van driver, Judi, made the ride to and from my home very comfortable and enjoyable. Judi is a real asset to your company. Thank you for a great experience in customer service! More
