I have 37 years in automotive and would make done Suttle but important changes to get to the next level. The potential revenue is not being tapped. Communication always... Educate guests and kill them with kindness. I never hear anything about good or potential future services. I have trouble spending when there is no obvious interest in earning my business. More
I felt very pressured My whole reason for trade-in in my vehicle was to get into something at a lower price. I was towed I could get into something for 450 or lower by the time I left I wound up with almost vehicle was to get into something at a lower price.
