Service was great until my last visit when I was pressured to have my rear brakes done again when they were just done by this dealership only 2,500 miles ago. When I canceled my appointment, I got pressured to have my rear brakes done again when they were just done by this dealership only 2,500 miles ago. When I canceled my appointment, I got calls, texts and emails to reschedule. No thank you. More
Everyone at the dealership has been great! I’m just not please with the car. Apparently it’s burning oil. The car is a 2025. Three times it’s been down 2 quarts of oil in between oil changes. It has been I. To check for leaks. After the most recent oil change I was told to bring it in after I drove 1000 miles to be checked and to top off the oil. I find it upsetting driving a new car that I need to keep track of oil levels and carry extra oil with me when traveling. I leased a new vehicle so I wouldn’t need to be concerned about any issues. Not only is it inconvenient but it’s upsetting not to mention I pay a lot of money to lease the car which should be free of any issues More
Well, Hyundai is having some major difficulties with the model of Palisade. I bought. I have to say the dealership has been trying very hard to fix the problem. model of Palisade. I bought. I have to say the dealership has been trying very hard to fix the problem. More

You But there have been changes in the last few years. 1. This time it was a recall that said we will change the vent valve and inspect the rest. You would think they would verify stock …. They did not and the part was not in stock. In the past they would have ans set aside the recall parts when you scheduled service. 2. I went in for an oil change. I asked if the price quoted was out the door …. The reply was yes. It was not with tax and disposal fees the price was actually higher. 3. I have a new car. When oil changes were being paid for by the company … my next oil change tags were hand written and for approx 8,000 miles. This one I paid for. and the next oil change tag was a Print out. It reflected 5000 miles. I questioned that and was told that it was a computer problem. We care enough when the dealership is paying to hand write the tag so there is no confusion. But if the customer is paying …. We do not bother to correct the tag …. Why? Do we think if the customer comes in early … that is his problem? Do you think with practices like this we will rely on your integrity and honesty? 4. Service was going to call when the car was ready …. I said that the inspection may take a bit ….. let me know in the worst case I will pick the car up the next day. They did not call. Because the recall was not done the car should have been ready. Your service people should follow up on their commitments. I called the next day and then picked up the car. When I did pick up the car on Saturday the service person and the cashier I had then were polite, helpful and apologized that I was not called on Friday when I bought it up …. And they had nothing to do with the poor communications. They are good customer service people ….. make sure you keep them. Rethink your customer service …. The little things matter. More
Brought my vehicle in for a free oil change with 1,400 miles on it. Was told I should get it done because it was over a year old. Long story short, had a oil additive added to the bill, next I got a call miles on it. Was told I should get it done because it was over a year old. Long story short, had a oil additive added to the bill, next I got a call saying it needed A/C filters cost around $300. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told bill was $584. They said a 15,000 mile maintenance service was done. First I was not told about it before they did it, 2nd a 15,000 mile service on a vehicle with 1,400 miles. A 10 year warranty and I paid for an additional warranty but nothing was covered and they do what they want when they want. Had a nice person in the sales department but evidently the service department isn't run by the same people. I should have known better when they started adding things. The worst thing about this situation is that I called to talk to Jon Alfano or anyone else, 3 times and left 3 messages and never received a return call. More

I’m very disappointed in their lack of support . I spoke directly to the owner about the tires on my SantaFe.
