Torrington Hyundai Mar 22, 2026 rdeangelo Verified Customer Brought my vehicle in for a free oil change with 1,400 miles on it. Was told I should get it done because it was over a year old. Long story short, had a oil additive added to the bill, next I got a call saying it needed A/C filters cost around $300. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told bill was $584. They said a 15,000 mile maintenance service was done. First I was not told about it before they did it, 2nd a 15,000 mile service on a vehicle with 1,400 miles. A 10 year warranty and I paid for an additional warranty but nothing was covered and they do what they want when they want. Had a nice person in the sales department but evidently the service department isn't run by the same people. I should have known better when they started adding things. The worst thing about this situation is that I called to talk to Jon Alfano or anyone else, 3 times and left 3 messages and never received a return call.

We called the tire company to try to get them under warranty but unfortunately they deemed the tires damaged due to road hazards, We can't just replace everyones tires for free when them pop or hit pot holes. This would be the same for any manufacturer.
