Find ANYONE else Honestly the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Rich was rude about my having stuff in my back seat, and even went as far as notating "TON OF STUF Honestly the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Rich was rude about my having stuff in my back seat, and even went as far as notating "TON OF STUFF IN BACK CAUSING NOISE" on my service sheet (less than 50 lbs of stuff in the back seat and trunk, and my complaint was about the front end suspension, not anything in the rear). I had my boyfriend (a technician at a different manufacturer) look at it after seevice, and he said they couldn't have touched my suspension because it still had grease/dirt with no tool or hand markings, but that they had sprayed something to make the noise stop, even though what I came in for was a known problem with this model. Not to mention that my brakes (no brake work requested) were so loud and tight when I left that I thought they had removed my brake pads. Skipped out on work because it was still in warranty, and it's still making the same noise less than 5 miles driving on it. I'll be driving 45 minutes out of my way to get service done at the dealer I purchased from, even though my car won't be in warranty at that point. At least my car was still in warranty so I didn't have to pay these creeps anything. More

last dealership around, I'd go back to a horse and carriage I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns for myself and child. Agreed upon repairs from Town Center Nissan were NOT performed. I was instructed by the service department to seek assistance from Mercedes due to their limited knowledge. I was quoted $2,382.27 for repairs from Mercedes. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Town Center Nissan to rectify the situation. I emailed Scott Graap, Scott Middleton, Rick Mathis, Dominique Goodrow, Bernard Faulk, and Aziz Atot THREE times and NEVER received a response. I left a message for Scott Graap and he did not return my call. I spoke with THREE representatives from Nissan corporate who were unable to help and advised me to contact the dealership AGAIN. I would NOT recommend purchasing an automobile from their dealership. Town Center Nissan does NOT exhibit the excellence they promote and lacks integrity. It is my sincere hope you heed my advice and take your business elsewhere; I do not wish this experience on anyone. More

Showed up at the agreed upon time and Nick was there but wouldn’t even come greet me and I was shocked, found out why as they sold the car the night before and he couldn’t even look at me. After 33 minutes waiting another manager Scott came over and said let me help you and I explained, he said hang tight let me look into this. He sent over Mike Savits who took me in the office and apologized and said let me see how to fix this. He assume he would get to me before the end of the day. I asked him should I go to another dealer as there are other in Atlanta with the same van. No I promise to help you before the end of the day. I called and emailed and still no response. Now I see that the entire dealership can’t keep their word so why would anyone ever trust them for Sales/service or Customer service. I was so shocked at their lack of professionalism. More

Terrible experience I was already pre qualified with capital one and thought it would be a quick process at this dealership. Unfortunately for me my salesperson and the f I was already pre qualified with capital one and thought it would be a quick process at this dealership. Unfortunately for me my salesperson and the finance person decided to make it more difficult than it had to be. My pre qualification from capital one deal was set up with no money down and payments that I was comfortable with but the salesperson and finance guy had other ideas. They insisted on money down with a higher payment. After wasting 3 hours at this dealership I took my business to Jim Ellis who honored the capital one pre qualification and was done with my deal for a new car in 2 hours. Town Center Nissan , greed lost you a customer for life and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. More
