Waiting nearly four hours for an oil change, especially with a scheduled appointment, is understandably frustrating and does not reflect the level of service we want to provide. We also regret that you did not receive clear and timely communication about the reason for the delay. We respect our customers' time, and we recognize that better communication and a more efficient service process were needed in this situation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
