Very Happy with My Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude I am beyond happy with the service I received from Town and Country Jeep. I went in to the showroom as a dealer's worst nightmare, because I had an I am beyond happy with the service I received from Town and Country Jeep. I went in to the showroom as a dealer's worst nightmare, because I had an enormous amount of negative equity in a car I managed to put 30K miles on in just over a 2 years, but my salesperson, John Pepitone, worked tirelessly with the appraisal of my trade, to put together a deal that I could afford and would result in the total elimination of my negative equity. The staff was friendly, energetic and all of them genuinely care that their customers are happy and will advise you in an honest manner, even if it is not what you want to hear, but thanks to their advice I am driving a brand new 2019 Grand Cherokee Jeep Altitude with full warranty for less than I would have spent to be in a 3 year old car without a warranty and I will have completely eliminated the negative equity at the end. This is a high quality dealer with genuine and honest salespeople. I couldn't be happier and will certainly be going back to get my wife a car. More
