Empty Waiting Room - Refused Service Made the mistake if trying to get a simple oil change here. Arrived to an empty parking lot and empty waiting room. Was optimistic that I could get an oil change with minimal wait. The young fellow at the desk says nope. Can't help you. You need an appointment. We're busy. I looked around at all the empty chairs in the waiting room... I left and returned to the empty parking area to drive away to find a dealer that had an interest in keeping customers. This place continues to blow me away with how they treat customers. More
