Month and a half to get a service appointment This is the third time now that I had to wait a month and a half for an appointment when my check engine light came on. I bought the car st this dealer ship a month and a half is very unacceptable for any service dept. because of this I will never buy another Jeep nor will I buy a car from this dealership!!! The staff was very friendly but that does not help me get my car fixed to be able to travel safely!! More

AMAZING JEEP!!! AMAZING SALESMAN!!! AMAZING PERSONALITY!! I met with Kent after dealing with quite a few dealerships. After doing my research and meeting with several dealerships i was losing my negotiating. I met with Kent after dealing with quite a few dealerships. After doing my research and meeting with several dealerships i was losing my negotiating. I also contacted two leasing agents and everyone was giving me the same schpeel (however you spell it). Kent thankfully matched what i was looking for and didn't give me the run around. The deal was as easy as having a cup of coffee with a friend. I truly love my car and i am looking forward to returning to Kent in the future. A lease deal made easy. Although i was tired of negotiating i was glad that what the leasing agents quoted me could be matched. Also Kent helped me with my insurance situation and all aspects of the process of leasing the vehicle. The car was available the next day and Kent spent many hours with me explaining all the great aspects of the new Jeep Compass 2019. I would totally recommend Kent for anyone who is looking for a Jeep and who does not want to deal with a "salesman". He had stories for hours and he was very relatable. I left feeling happy and grateful for the process to be easy and fun. This is not my first lease but this is the first time i was ever felt like I wasnt just another number (sale) on the wall. More
