Don't do business with them Stay away and go somewhere else where they don't just care about the customer in the beginning when you're paying them! This place provides the WORST customer service, whether is trying to get a service appointment or just calling for account information. I called 5 times for them to check my paperwork and I still did not get help. I tried to use my warranty for a new battery and they declined my request because I was over .3 miles!! Point 3 miles, after being a loyal and on time paying customer for almost 3 years, to deny a service request because of .3 miles is the worst nickle-and-diming I've ever seen from a larger company. I would never re-do business here and would never suggest anyone who cares about treated fairly to do so either. I've been to many dealers and have leased and finances several cars and Town & Country Jeep has been the worst! Take your business somewhere else where you are a customer throughout the entire time not just in the beginning when they're starving and kissing a$$ for your money. If I could leave 0 stars I would but at least one is required so they get one star. More
