Mark was the complete opposite of our second time around purchasing a vehicle. She is always responsive, listens to what I want and makes me feel like my time is important. I feel like she genuinely cares about getting me what I want, she answeres all my questions in detail, is very knowledgeable, super helpful and very courteous throughout the process. Chang was also very helpful on the finance end and made the process smooth and easy. This is my 7th lease with this dealership and my 2nd with Casondra. I will definitely be coming back to Casondra and Town & Country Jeep in a few months when my next lease is due. We also use Town & Country’s service Department for all our Jeeps. Jim in Service always takes care of us and gets us in and out as quickly as possible. It’s nice to have sales and service people at the dealership that are personable and make their customers feel important. More

Well, I think I have entered the 1%-category with the purchase of a 2019 certified pre-owned (CPO) 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 from the Town & Country Chrysler Jeep dealer in Levittown, NY on April 15, 2019 and there are two reasons: the professionalism, transparency and fairness of Peter Licata, our sales person, and Chris Higgison, the Sales Manager for preowned sales. With clear definition of pricing, fees and options to obtain a fair price, Peter was a pleasure to work with and when we had to have greater involvement in the process, including understanding some of the safety hazards and problems associated with a 2010 Jeep Compass that we were looking to trade, Chris was just as fair and clearly communicated the reality of the situation. I learned long ago in the business that I have been a part for over 40 years that the best deal is the one where both-sides believe they have left something on the table.
