Lance made me dance! I was over due for a new car. I did a lot of research and decided Dodge Charger was the best fit for me. I chose levittown location because of how clo I was over due for a new car. I did a lot of research and decided Dodge Charger was the best fit for me. I chose levittown location because of how close it was to my residence and boy did they not disappoint. From the moment I arrived at the dealership the experience was overall pleasant It was early in the morning and I was one of the first people there. As I was approaching the sales people, Lance came out with balloons decorations and he endes up being my dealer Ive dealt with sales people before and the best thing about Lance was how he was not pushy at All. He let me test drive it and answered all my questions knowledgeable and coherently. He took his time explaining all the features and how the rwd shifts to awd. He let me play Liquid Metal satellite station during the test drive too. When we finished the test drive and parked he went over all the other features too and did an excellent job explaining it (and there were A LOT of features) Never once did i feel rushed. And all the discussons we had were casual and friendly on top of being knowledable. I never felt pressured once during the entire process Once we discussed pricing he honored the excellent deal i saw on the website and he worked with me with my pricing. Its ultimately up to the finance people how I was to finance it, but Lance knew what I wanted and was on my side Once we decided on the price point we went to the finance people waiting area and this is why the review did not get that 5th star. I was the first one there and I still had to wait 3 hours to meet with the finance person Once I went to the finance person, they were also very knowledge but she did avoid a lot of my price questions. I felt the warranty was a little steep and all those other fees that are required for a car sale were also higher than average, but at least the base cost of the car was cheap which offset that. The finance dept. Could have been a little smoother Finally, the paper was signed and I am loving this vehicle. Its a really fun ride Overall, the process took about 7 hours. The dealer, Lance, was awesome and knowledable and wasn't pushy at All. And believe I scored a great deal too for what I got! My only disappointment was how long the finance process went and I always felt like the finance person kept dodging my questions. Every time I asked for a number value, the only answer I got was "its goes into the monthly payments" Overall, the experience was mostly pleasant and stress free and would certainly reccomend them --Tom More
