DISAPPOINTED is an understatement Just Say NO. Complete DISAPPOINTMENT. We went to see two vehicles. Called ahead before driving an hour and some to get there, was told to ask for Ch Just Say NO. Complete DISAPPOINTMENT. We went to see two vehicles. Called ahead before driving an hour and some to get there, was told to ask for Chris. When we arrived, no one even knew who we were. Cars weren't even pulled up, nor did we ever see "Chris". Met a Salesman, nice guy, VERY quiet, or at least because he never really spoke, but again he was a nice guy (This review isn't a negative on him, AT ALL) He greeted us, asked for the cars numbers we were interested in, and he pulled both vehicles for us. The first vehicle was DIRTY. I MEAN there was actual crumbled up granola bar pieces in the center console. I immediately said no thanks, next please. The second was nicer. New to the lot. We liked it, drove it, looked it over. We noticed the tires were at their end, it had a few minor scuffs (no big), and the interior ceiling had crayon and water stains all over. But other than that, we thought we'd be in route to make a purchase. After sitting with the salesman, and he did his numbers, they tacked on over $2200!! $700 transportation fee, $600 and some for Dealer Prep, even $25.00 for the gas in the vehicle already! We were taken back. We've been searching for our next vehicle for some time now, so we knew the process and understood all the extras, but nothing that HIGH. I mean $25 for the gas already there!? Once broken down, Salesman took the numbers to his manager Chris that we had discussed would work for us, and immediately came back and said the price is the price, There is no room to budge. After we discussed amongst ourselves, My husband and I decided that we liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase. However, we wanted to just point out the few things on the car that needed to be fixed for us in order to close the deal. One of them being the tires. It needed new ones, badly. Once we showed and discussed with the salesman, he brought it back to his guy again "Chris". He immediately came back out, again, and said "He told me that they pass inspection, so he will not replace." We were floored and immediately walked out. We were a SALE. We wanted to BUY this car. In all the time we were there, did we ever see "Chris"? Nope, Not once. I'll also point out that the office was really small, and the managers office was literally 20 feet from where we were seated. So I knew thats where Mr. Chris was stationed. So my point, go somewhere else. Do NOT go here. And if Chris, you ever read this review, please know. Next time, maybe get off your Butt and meet interested customers. Even if at some point we were ACTUALLY THAT DUMB to be willing to pay your ridiculous $700 transportation fee. For future, put it in your price to begin with, it might work out better for you. And also, keep your employees in mind to when you have someone sitting with checkbook and pen in hand, your salesman would probably appreciate it the most, since you kept $$ from going in his pocket. All over 4 tires. I hope that vehicle stays on your lot until all the Leases are up next year, and you're stuck with it. (Again, Peter, this review is NOT a negative on you) More
