Great Experience! Coming from a 2006 Ridgeline, I decided to spend my day off looking and maybe getting a new car or truck. Went to Toyota dealership out east. Didn't Coming from a 2006 Ridgeline, I decided to spend my day off looking and maybe getting a new car or truck. Went to Toyota dealership out east. Didn't like anything except the Tundra (Service was great, and I was offered great deals, but, I had to try more cars first...Ram, Silverado/colorado, new Ridgeline, etc were all on my mind). Next stop was This dealership (close to home) and my next stop was supposed to be the Honda dealership also in Levittown. But...after test driving the Ram 1500 Big Horn, I knew that's the one I wanted!! Smooth ride, Nice looks and Features. Not the most features, but Everything I wanted. I told Robert to make me a deal and after very little negotiating, I signed the papers. I could have negotiated more, but that's not my style...everyone has to make a living. I got a better deal than I expected and that was good enough! The Financial piece was better than I expected...Valerie...nothing like a finance person you deal with at regular dealerships... Treated me like a person, not a number...explained things, etc...we even talked about family and kids! And My Salesman... Robert T... or Bobby T... I told him I will go park my Ridgeline and come back with an Uber to pick up the Ram...He would not accept that!! He went out of his way to come and get me!!! Bottom Line: Please take my review with a Grain of Salt. It is a Car Dealership. They Sell cars for a living. Some people have better credit, some have amazing negotiating skills, etc. All I can say is that I had a Great visit...I was able to drive home in less than 3 hours after completing all paperwork (new plates and all). Robert is a GREAT salesman and VALERIE is a GREAT at Finance. More
