Great Experience. I found 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on line while searching randomly, and it happened to be from Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, 3156 He I found 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on line while searching randomly, and it happened to be from Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, 3156 Hempstead Turnpike Levittown, NY 11756. Then, i looked at their inventory, rating and distance from me. i found out that they have extended warranty since the car is certified pre owned. long story short, they have pretty good incentives for their certified pre owned vehicles. the year, model, mileage, colors (interior and exterior), and trim matched my desire. now, i went to the place, with my mb e 350 for trade in. once there, i was assigned Lance Brown who, after almost all half day search and discussion, found the exact car. then i felt relieved. come to found out they couldn't find keys. i agreed to go back the following day. it didn't work. almost gave up. that is when the Manager Chris stepped in. He was honest and straight forward as he admitted their mistake and left me options, including refunding my down payment and consider me as lost of business. i got convinced that it was not a game. i went back 3rd day, and all was finalized. over all, as Chris said, it was 1 incident out of million. and therefore, the end result came out good: i got the car with 2 brand new keys (fobs), car looks good, and they weren't too pushy on their products. i got what i wanted, and they kept their words. If someone lives around NYC and LI area, looking for Certified pre owned CJDR, these guys are the best. i bought cars in past 10 years from NJ, PA, and NY dealers, and they are so far the most honest dealership. IT WAS WORTH IT, MY LONG TRAVEL AND TOLLS. Thanks, to Lance and his boss Chris. More
