Nice cars if you don't care about price Buyers Beware!! Today 4/18 I just went to look at a CPO 2013 Dodge Challenger SXT at Town & Country in Levittown NY, and the car was beautiful, looke Buyers Beware!! Today 4/18 I just went to look at a CPO 2013 Dodge Challenger SXT at Town & Country in Levittown NY, and the car was beautiful, looked nice, drove well. Too bad the dealership is not very buyer friendly. I was following the car online for a few weeks, when I arrived at the dealer the car was listing at $15,495, even though 4 days ago it was listed at $14495 on Carfax. When I brought this issue up, I was told by the manager that it was a "pricing mistake" - give me a break!! Not only were they not willing to budge on the higher sticker price, they failed to mention the additional $1,500 in bogus dealer fees that they were adding to the car, so their Carfax Dealer Disclaimer that stated "Price includes all costs except for title fees, registration fees, and taxes" was patently false. So, in conclusion, this car that was listing for $14,495 a few days ago was going to cost nearly $17k BEFORE taxes and fees. Great job guys, here's a novel idea, maybe you should let the customer know what the ACTUAL price of the car is online... nice cars if you don't care about the price!! NO i did not buy the car... Town and Country Levittown is the BEST!!! I recently went into town and country in Levittown to look into buying a used car I saw on their website. I worked with Dan Ingardi...he was AMAZING!! I recently went into town and country in Levittown to look into buying a used car I saw on their website. I worked with Dan Ingardi...he was AMAZING!! Dan was diligent and worked hard to get me the car I was interested in at the price I wanted and he made it happen. He explained everything to me in detail and was very very helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have done it without him..he went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier!! I definitely recommend going to town and country in Levittown and dealing with Dan Ingardi. I promise you will not be let down by him or the dealership!!! More

Where is the customer service? I made an appointment to see the vehicle, and informed the young lady that I am coming from Norwalk Connecticut (A 2 hour drive). I get to the dealers I made an appointment to see the vehicle, and informed the young lady that I am coming from Norwalk Connecticut (A 2 hour drive). I get to the dealership to be told that the vehicle is not there. After talking to London and his “Manager” I stated that the visual inspection can be done later, that I have driven the Durango before and I know how it drives. I decided to continue with the transaction. London assured me that they were going to do everything to make sure I was satisfied. Seeing as how this was a very big inconvenience I asked if anything can be done on the price of the vehicle, “No, the sale price is low enough”. Ok can you throw in all weather mats? “I’ll see what I can do”. Again he didn’t come through. Before leaving I made an appointment to come and purchase the vehicle. London set me up with a 12pm appointment, I told him there’s no way I will make it for 12pm, I am getting out of work at 5am the night before. He assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. At 1pm on the day of the appointment I called and informed London I am on my way. At 1:20pm London calls me to ask where I am that I had a 12pm appointment. I told London I live an hour away and I had spoken to him at 1pm. Upon arriving to the dealership we filled out the paperwork and he told me that since I missed my appointment I had to wait for the finance manager to free up, he exact words “that’s why we work on appointments”. When he handed me the keys to the vehicle there was only one and I immediately asked “where’s the other key?” When London said there’s only one key I told him this is not going to work. London told me he would get me another key. He came back with a key fob and no insert. London said I took the key from another car and I can have that programmed to my car. This is a false statement once a key is programmed to a vehicle it can not be erased and programmed to another vehicle. I was not aware of this. Upon finding out this information I contacted London only for him to tell me “There’s nothing I can do”. That I would have to pay $400 for a new key. The lack of courtesy, and extreme amount of unprofessional behavior displayed is uncanny. I am beyond disgusted with actions of this dealership. Unfortunately there is no way for me to give the dealership a negative rating. They were able to take advantage of the fact that I needed a vehicle right away, or I would have walked away immediately. Needless to say I am extremely displeased More
