Awesome Experience I purchased my car through TrueCar and the price I got from Town & Country was the best from multiple dealerships. Chelsea was the Internet Salespers I purchased my car through TrueCar and the price I got from Town & Country was the best from multiple dealerships. Chelsea was the Internet Salesperson I dealt with initially and she was extremely helpful. Chelsea kept in touch with us through the entire process from start to finish. Jaurez Barreto was our salesman and I can't say enough about him. He was personable, kind, knowledgeable, very patient and not pushy at all. Mario Licciardello who was the Manager was also extremely helpful as well. He came over to us and explained a few things which I very much appreciated. Then there was Richard DeMott from the finance department and he found us a great interest rate with TFCU and made the whole financing process fast and easy. My husband and I have dealt with purchasing cars in the past but this was by far the best experience yet. Best Car Dealership I Have Been To I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and like most people, was dreading going car shopping. When we arrived at Town & Country Jeep, we were met by Daniel Ingardi, who was extremely pleasant and not pushy like the people you encounter at most dealerships. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Dan was there every step of the way, even allowing us to call his personal line with any questions or concerns we had. Believe me when I say me and my boyfriend were probably the most annoying and dreadful car shoppers out there. We were so unprepared, leaving Dan with no choice but to sit with us for hours while we tried to get all our paperwork in order. He was extremely patient and helped us with everything we could possibly need. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process, helped us get the best deal possible, and stayed late multiple nights to make sure we got to leave in the car we wanted. He then set us up with Rich DeMott to talk finances and this guy was amazing. He talked to the bank and got us the best interest rate possible and got our car payment lower than we thought was possible. Not only did he help with the car financing, he sat with my boyfriend and I and went over all the ways we could increase our credit over the next year or so. Although he was not in any way required to do so, he used his personal time to help us, which truly made a difference. Overall, working with this dealership truly was the best decision we could have made, as they made this car purchase an enjoyable experience. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly reccomend going to Town & Country and asking for Dan. He is truly knowledgeable, helpful, accomodating, and all around a great guy.
