Raul at Town East Ford spent time on the phone with me twice, answering questions about 3 different cars I was interested in. Between those calls, his manager called to follow up as well. An appointment set for later that evening. My wife and I drove an hour to meet them where the staff stayed late helping us get through the paperwork process. Everyone there was very friendly, informative, and helpful. This was my first time at that dealership. From first contact by phone to completing the purchase all took place in half a day. We're very satisfied with the experience and look forward to continuing business with Town East Ford. Highly recommend! Side note: I do my own research before making a decision so I'm not going in blind. They have great reviews for a reason and their inventory is full of options. I knew what I wanted.
