I would like to say that our overall expereince was quite pleasant. Mr Ippolito was very helpful assisting us in purchasing our new vehicle which is the fourth vehicle we purchased from this particular deal pleasant. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and courteous. Our only issue with the purchase was the process took quite a bit longer than anticipated. We spent almost four and a half hours in completing the purchase. Hopefully that process can be shortened somewhat for future purchases. All in all though, a very good experience. More

My experience was very relaxful, never feeling like I was be taken advantage of with the price of the preowned car I purchased. They even place the car up on the lift, so I can view the under chasis. This is my 5th Hyundai I've purchased and the 2nd I've purchased from Joe Ippolito. The first hyundai was a Sonata that I drove for years, the second was a 2004 Santa Fe that my wife drove for years, the purchased from Joe Ippolito. The 4th I bought from Joe at town was a 2009 Sonata and recently I purchased a 2013 Santa Fe from Joe this January. The first three I purchased were from a dealership that shall remain nameless but they were three of the worst days ever, the difference from buying from Joe was night and day. Joe treats you like a friend and truthfully he has become one, I service my cars at Town Hyundai the service department has always gone out their way to help when we were in need and we usually stop in and say hi to Joe. I know it's hard to say this about a car salesman but he is a really good guy. His prices are always fair and he and his staff go out of their way to make you have a positive experience.
