I originally came into the dealership to just test drive a Hyundai Sonata. I had been shopping around most of the afternoon for used cars. Needless to say I had a lot on my mind and buying a new car was definitely NOT on the agenda. Somehow Javier worked his magic and along with my good credit I was amazed by how simple it was to just get the car of my dreams. I drove my brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata home that very night. He was friendly, considerate, and while he was fairly busy, still managed to gas up my car, make me coffee, negotiate a great price for a brand new car, and he even drove my rental car back to the agency for me about 20 minutes away! What an outstanding experience!!! Actual purchase was super easy after doing most of the negotiating via email. The day I actually came into the office to buy, I was in and out in 18 minutes. It took a couple of days to have my Santa Fe brought in from another dealer, but I was kept informed. There was a little confusion on pick up day, but it was handled professionally and fairly. The dealership was friendly. It was very busy as we came in during a holiday. So it took a few minutes for someone to come and meet us.
