I traveled from Pa & had a very limited budget. I walked away with a beautiful car (2009 Sonata)and Jose was wonderful to work with. This past weekend, I went to Hyundai with my dad and sister to look at new cars. We test drove a couple and I instantly fell in love with the Elentra. Jake did everything that he possibly could to help sister to look at new cars. We test drove a couple and I instantly fell in love with the Elentra. Jake did everything that he possibly could to help me lease the car that I really wanted in a price range that I could afford. He made sure to find out exactly what I was looking for and he was very determined to get me exactly that. Jake was great company throughout the whole day. He is a very personable guy and he seemed to be so happy at work. I appreciate all the hard work that he did for me because I absolutely love my new car and it is all thanks to him. I would definitely refer anyone interested in a Hyundai to him! More

Sold me a car with onboard alarms with a promise to repair everything. No, they won't and CHris tells me that he will see how much of the cost he can absorb. Guys if you visit them, make sure you have everything written on paper or else Chris(Sales manager), keeps on repeating himself that you bought a used car. More
I would NOT recommend anyone use Towne Hyundai, especially Joe Ippolito when purchasing a vehicle. Unless you enjoy being lied to, stressed, incovenienced and treated as a disvalued customer. I have had ongoing issues with them since 3/29/12, the day after I purchased a brand new 2013 Elantra. In my opinion, I would STAY FAR AWAY from this INCOMPETENT and LIEING dealership My unpleasant experience with Towne Hyundai is below: -Towne Hyundai incorrectly listed my CO-SIGNER as the OWNER of the vehicle. Causing my lein holder to re-issue the vehicle's title. It took Towne Hyundai 3 months to even realize this was STEP#1!! I was issued a total of FOUR temporary tags, and a phony extension letter to issue to a police officer in case I was pulled over because I didn't have proper registration. -Driver side door panel scratched at time of purchase. Notified Joe Ippolito the following morning and was told they would assess damage and repair at ZERO COST. It took Joe 2 months to schedule my appointment with the specialist. Towne Hyundai could not repair the damage, and had to order a NEW door panel assembly from factory. (PER MY SERVICE INVOICE!! As well as, JOE, EDDIE PAGAN, BRIAN DRAKE, AND JOE'S ASSISTANTS). Joe advised me last week they will just rip it off another car and put it on mine- UNACCEPTABLE!! -Agreed (in writing and verbally several times) to refund the service fee for tags/registration due to THEIR CLERICAL ERRORS - Have now decided they will no longer honor their word because I asked NJ Motor Vehicle to help!! -After months of frustrations, I contacted NJ Motor Vehicle commission for help in expediting the process. They found Towne Hyundai to be in the wrong and advised I should be placed in a loaner car until all issues were resolved. Joe agreed to a lonaer car after I had to fight for 30 minutes during my working hours to even get one. The loaner car was provided until plates were in, and once they were in Towne Hyundai was going to provide a NEW door panel repair at the same time to avoid me having to make several trips. REPAIR WAS NOT MADE!! Rather than hold up their end of our agreement, Joe threatened to call Denville PD if I did not return the car by 5pm -He proceeded to pick up the loaner car from my office's parking lot w/out my knowledge w/my PERSONAL BELONGINGS still inside the vehicle and stranded with no transportation to my urgent doctor's appointment! After FOUR MONTHS, I just received my plates! Still no door panel repair, still no refund, still no copies of the documents they submitted showing change in ownership. Still frustrated though! Joe Ippolito, Rob Mariana (Gengeral Manager) and Eddie Pagan (Sales Manager) are COMPLETELY USELESS!! More

I asked to speak to Joe Ippolito because he came recommended to me. He greeted my with a warm welcome also. I was then treated like I was family not just another possible sale. He was very informative to me and very helpful. After my decision to purchase the car everything went as smooth as could be. Its not offen in Life that this happens, so I am pleased and grateful for the way I was treated my Joe and all at the dealership. Very Please Marie More
I contacted the dealership to get a quote on a new Genesis, Alyssa sent me an e-mail back with 2 links to look at the car i was thinkging of buying. I liked one of them and asked her for the price on it, she sent back an e-mail telling me alot but not the price, i asked for a 2nd time, still nothing about the cost of the car. I asked a 3rd time about finance and the cost of that same car she sent me the link to. Again wanted to know when i was coming in and take it for a ride. I told her i had drivin one on vacation and knew i liked it. So i again asked for the cost again she would not tell me. I sent an e-mail saying that i thanked her for her time but wanted the price and if she could or would not give it to me then we were done and i would go somewhere else. Today i have been getting e-mails again from what i thought was her boss Christopher Tulloch and i said why i was un happy, then another e-mail saying Alyssa did her job and Christopher was confussed about why i would do business there. I called to find out Christopher is off today, so my guess is Alyssa has been sending e-mails with Christopher's name on them. So i called and asked her to stop, she said they are self generated, i read the e-mail to her and said someone took the time to type this out and send it to me, if Chris is out then who would do that?? I told her i went to Maxon and they gave me a quote in 10 min she yelled then go to Maxon and slammed the phone down.
