Customer service (Jennifer) was FANTASTIC! She went the extra yard for me and helped me get and do what I needed... the rest of the service was VERY good as well.... After browsing for a minute or so, Fred approached my father an I to see if he could aid us. I had looked online in already and had previously checked out the Elantra I had wanted. Fred understood and asked if I would like to check it out more. He pointed out many things, such as trunk space, technological advances, and other cool options on the car. he asked me about any additional options I might be interested in but I declined. He asked if I would like to take it for a test ride and I said I would be happy to. After helping me get comfortable and showing me some other cool things, like the telescopic wheel or sirius radio, we took it for a ride. He was very friendly and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable and knew where I was going. After deciding I wanted that car for sure, Fred asked if my father and I had any questions, and walked us throughout the buying process. Overall, Fred was outstanding. He knew it was a new experience for me and went to every end to make me comfortable and to get a great buying experience. Both he and his financial adviser, who's name escapes me, were very knowledgeable in their fields and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. Without a doubt I would come back with any issues, or another purchase, or even a family member/friend for a recommendation. I am extremely grateful to the Denville Hyundai team, and really appreciate their genuine care, concern, and helpful nature. More
I was amazed at how attentive the staff was. This was my first time buying a new car and I had heard horror stories from other people when it came to buying a new car. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF A 4 HAD NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH JAKE BUT JUST WITH THE OVERALL PROCESS AND THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK WHICH WAS NOT JAKE'S FAULT. JAKE WAS OUTSTANDING AND A DELIG AT ALL TO DO WITH JAKE BUT JUST WITH THE OVERALL PROCESS AND THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK WHICH WAS NOT JAKE'S FAULT. JAKE WAS OUTSTANDING AND A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. THE DELAY WITH THE PAPERWORK SEEMED REALLY LONG ALTHOUGH IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AS JUST PART OF THE PROCESS BUT I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT HAS TO TAKE SO LONG. ALSO, MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE RATING HAD TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT GETTING A NEW CAR IS A STRESSFUL AND VERY UNENJOYABLE PROCESS. ALSO, THE DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN SENDING ME LETTER AFTER LETTER ENTICING ME TO COME IN SO I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY TO GO AND THEY ONLY HAD ONE CAR TO OFFER ME IN THE MODEL I COULD AFFORD. AGAIN, NONE OF THIS WAS JAKE'S FAULT. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH HIM WAS A 5 BUT THE REST OF IT SEEMED MORE LIKE A 4 TO ME. More
The salesperson I dealt with was Jose and he was very informative and non pressuring. He just gave me the facts and wasn't trying to convince me to do anything. When I told him my goal payment per month to make it affordable for me, he did everything he could to get it there and even asked are you sure your happy with this? He also did his best to get me a good trade in price for my old car. My family has boughten several hyundai cars from Jose at Towne Hyundai and will definitely consider him in the future for other friends and family. I felt very comfortable in dealing with Jose because of his patience, and sincerity. More

Over all experience was great! This is the 2nd time I worked with Fred and he is very friendly, professional and great! I will be back soon for another car for my daughter.
