We attempted to make this right for you when to you spoke with me in our showroom and offered to contact you with other preowned Kona’s that have power seats. You agreed at the time, however, you have not returned any of our calls. You are missing my main points I have in the past worked in sales. The first day my manager told me two main points, First always take a Deposit and Second keep your customer's happy. I had a happy Wife for a hour until you sold the Kona from under us. And after this experience who would buy from this dealership. Last the management needs to train there salesman if they want to sell vehicle's. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
