We never felt pressured to decide on a vehicle and he let us come to a decision by answering our questions and highlighting the features of each vehicle that he thought would be important to us. This was our first trip to this particular dealership and we walked out in just a few hours with a new vehicle. Last week we purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Towne Hyundai in Denville. From the time that we walked in the dealership until the after sales call/visit, everything has been handled professionally and Hyundai in Denville. From the time that we walked in the dealership until the after sales call/visit, everything has been handled professionally and courteously. Our salesperson, Jose Matos, was knowledgeable, supportive, fair and very patient. There was no sales pressure, no gimmicks, no promises that couldn't be kept. He explained the differences in the models, arranged for a test drive of the car, showed us other colors in the inventory and we ended up negotiating for the make/color/features we ended up purchasing. We had a trade and Jose showed us the different valuations from edmunds/blue book etc. and we ended up negotiating for what we consider a real bargain on the car. The paperwork was handled without any issue, no surprise add-on charges and no bait and switch. At the end of the paperwork, he explained all the features of the car and how to operate them. He even called us the day after to see if we had any questions and whether we were satisfied with the car. The car/truck is exactly what we were looking for - a smaller SUV then what we were driving with all the features (leather, heated seats, navi etc etc.) It has been a week now and we can say that the whole experience was just awesome and we would recommend Towne Hyundai and Jose (true gentleman) to anyone looking for this type of a vehicle. Towne Hyundai has some very impressive customer reviews! I dealt with Sean, who knows his job well. I knew the fair price of this Sonata from my credit union. Sean matched the credit union figure right away...no debating or dickering!!! Sean handled the paper work like a pro. Most dealerships fumble with the papers like they've never done a sale before. I went to Towne Hyundai at 11:00AM and drove my new Sonata home at 6:30PM. The only reason for the delay was my daughter had my trade-in at her work. Awesome, friendly and professional experience with Sean. He even said he would input my Bluetooth cell phone WHEN I upgrade my old clunker phone. Since I'm low-tech with technology, and I had to text message my daughter at her work re the trade-in she had, Sean did the text messaging for me on my phone...no problem (for Sean). I would highly recommend a look at Towne Hyundai before you buy elsewhere. More
