PLEASE NOTE THAT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF A 4 HAD NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH JAKE BUT JUST WITH THE OVERALL PROCESS AND THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK WHICH WAS NOT JAKE'S FAULT.
