2025 RAV4, less than 2100 miles. (Yes 2100 miles). Infotainment system not working with cell phone. In shop (3) times. On the 3rd time car needed to have dash disassembled and unable to return to us. It is a Holiday week, lost use of car for at least (4) days in a row now. Service department was very straightforward and honest with everything however was unable to provide a loaner vehicle. Service rep said they could help us rent a car, but there are no guarantees that Toyota would reimburse us for the rental. I am not personally upset with the service department or those looking at the car just upset that I paid $40,000+ for a car and when trying to get warranty work done on it that required the service department to hang onto it for extended amount of days over a holiday they were unable to provide a Loaner vehicle. More

I was reluctant to bring my car here because of past experiences, but I decided to give direct another chance. I requested a simple oil change and multipoint inspection. After getting the car back, I no experiences, but I decided to give direct another chance. I requested a simple oil change and multipoint inspection. After getting the car back, I noticed the invoice stated a tire rotation was completed without my permission, and I was charged for it. After driving the car home I noticed steam coming from under the hood. Of course I check and when I did, I noticed red fluid, likely antifreeze, all over the engine. I'm not sure if something was damaged or if fluid was spilled somehow. Either way, the work at this service center is below average and I would rather take my car to another service center to have it checked out than to waste time and money dealing with Direct. I don't think I'll give Direct my business ever again. More
