Toyota Direct - Service Center

I will not be returning. I get charged $165 for diagnostics on my tire pressure monitoring system and get told the system didn’t throw a code? The system told me to take it i I get charged $165 for diagnostics on my tire pressure monitoring system and get told the system didn’t throw a code? The system told me to take it in for service and there is no code?!? I am told now that I am out of warranty that I need to pay $5400 to fix an oil leak where the signs of the leak have been present for the last three years?!? I get it, warranty reimbursement doesn’t pay the same as gouging customers, so just wait until the warranty is expired to bring it up. No I will never to business with Toyota Direct again. Please take me off of your mailing list and do not call me to schedule service. More

Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years.
