Horribly unresponsive, Service Rep uncommunicative and claims we didn't ask to have one problem looked at which is totally wrong, had to wait 3 days for a callback. Lame organization. This experience was really poor. They pushed back the repair 3 days, said they were going to provide a rental car for free, yet we were charged $175.
